Judge orders three taxpayer-funded Trump administration ads removed
- •The order covers ads titled “$5,000 to Americans,” “Every Democrat Voted Against No Tax on Tips” and “Cost of Socialism.”
- •They must be removed immediately from government websites and social media; plans to distribute or air them through third parties must be canceled.
- •The judge rejected requests to pull at least 10 other ads, saying the government may ultimately prevail legally on many of them.
- •The temporary order remains in place while the case proceeds; the judge may later restore these ads or ban more.
